Play – Educational Clinics

Smarter at the table.

Performance isn't only built at practice. Through the Sask Sport network, TTSASK brings certified sport-science experts to our athletes – nutrition to fuel the season, psychology to win the points that happen between the ears.

Free for athletes in TTSASK training programs and for TTSASK members. A small drop-in fee applies for non-members – or join TTSASK and attend free. In-person, small-group format – parents welcome.

📅 Dates & sign-up coming soon. This season's clinics are being finalized with Sask Sport – check back, or ask the office to be notified.
Sport Nutrition

Sport nutrition.

Fuel the whole season right. A sport dietitian – sourced through the Sask Sport network – covers what young athletes actually need: building a nutrition plan for the training year, and the part every family asks about most: what to eat on tournament days, between matches, away from home.

Athletes and parents together – parents especially. You're the cooks, after all.

Mental Performance

Sport psychology.

In table tennis, the six inches between your ears decide as many points as the ones over the net. A mental performance consultant – tailored to our sport – covers focus, pressure, routines, and bouncing back mid-match. Especially valuable for athletes building toward major competition – the Canada Winter Games, Westerns, Nationals, and beyond.

All athletes welcome – especially anyone with a tournament on the horizon. Parents and coaches too.

Built for our sport.
These aren't generic wellness talks – presenters come through Sask Sport's sport-science network and tailor everything to table tennis: tournament-day fueling, between-match recovery, and the mental game our sport demands.
Parents are the team.
Especially for nutrition – the athletes train, but the parents cook. Come together, leave with a plan the whole household can actually follow.
What it costs.
Free for athletes in a TTSASK training program and for TTSASK members. Not enrolled? A small per-clinic fee applies – or a $10 TTSASK membership covers it and much more. Questions? Contact the office.
