Table Tennis Saskatchewan (TTSASK) collects only the information we need to run the sport – memberships, programs, events, and payments – and we handle it with care. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Table Tennis Saskatchewan (“TTSASK,” “we,” “us”) is the provincial sport organization for table tennis in Saskatchewan, operating as a registered non-profit. This policy applies to information we collect through our website, forms, programs, events, and services.
Our Privacy Contact is the Executive Director. You can reach us any time at info@ttsask.ca, 306-880-3660, or 510 Cynthia Street, Saskatoon, SK S7L 7K7.
We collect personal information you give us, including:
We use your information only to run the sport: to process memberships and registrations, administer programs, events, and grants, arrange team travel, communicate with you, keep required records, and meet the requirements of our partners such as Sask Sport and Table Tennis Canada. We do not sell your personal information, ever.
By giving us your information you consent to its use as described here. You can withdraw consent at any time (subject to legal and contractual limits) by contacting us – though some services can't be provided without the necessary information (for example, we can't register a membership without a name).
We share personal information only as needed to operate, and with service providers who handle it on our behalf under their own privacy obligations:
We may also disclose information where required by law. We do not share your information for any other organization's marketing.
Payments are processed by Zeffy. Your card details are entered directly with the processor and are not seen or stored by TTSASK. Please review Zeffy's own privacy terms for how they handle payment data.
Our website may use cookies and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics via Site Kit) to understand how the site is used and to improve it. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings.
If you opt in to our newsletter, we'll send you occasional updates. Every message identifies TTSASK and includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time – consistent with Canada's anti-spam law (CASL). We only add you to the newsletter with your consent; we won't add you automatically because you registered or paid a membership.
Many of our participants are minors. Where a participant is under the age of majority, we collect a parent or guardian's consent and contact information, and we keep youth information to the minimum needed to run the program safely.
We sometimes take photos or video at programs and events to celebrate the sport. We ask for separate, specific consent before using a recognizable image of a minor in public materials – this consent is optional and is not bundled into registration. You can decline, or ask us to remove an image, at any time by contacting the office.
We use reasonable physical, organizational, and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, and we limit access to those who need it to do their work for TTSASK.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and to meet legal, funding, and record-keeping requirements – after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.
You have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it's wrong, and to withdraw consent to its use (subject to legal limits). To make a request, contact us using the details below. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Questions, requests, or concerns about your privacy? Contact our Privacy Contact (the Executive Director) at info@ttsask.ca, 306-880-3660, or 510 Cynthia Street, Saskatoon, SK S7L 7K7. If you aren't satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
