Tables for your club, with a path to paid-up
TTSASK equips affiliated clubs with competition-quality tables under a simple annual agreement – and after four years of payments, each table reaches paid-up: you keep it in play rent-free, with nothing more to pay. Best of all, your MAP grant can cover the cost.

The headline
Pay for four years, then stop paying.
Every table you hold is tracked individually. Pay the annual rent for four years and that table reaches Paid-Up Status – you keep it in your club rent-free for as long as you're active and in good standing. Title stays with TTSASK, but your annual cost on that table goes to zero.
What's covered, and what's on you
TTSASK covers
- Ordinary wear and tear – no charge to your club
- Catastrophic loss (fire, flood, vandalism) where reasonable care was taken, through our AON group policy
- Personal-injury liability while your club is in good standing
Your club covers
- Damage from negligence or misuse
- Theft from your premises
- Damage during any move your club arranges
- Keeping tables stored securely indoors
To keep your tables
- Stay an affiliated club in good standing (the annual $225 affiliation fee)
- Maintain at least five registered TTSASK members
- Run regular sessions for members through most of the year
- Keep the tables at your club location and available to members
If a club winds down or stops operating, the tables come back to TTSASK on 60 days' notice – so the equipment can go on to serve the next club. We always work with clubs case by case.

Cover it with your MAP grant
Table lease payments are an eligible MAP expense. Most clubs put their MAP allocation straight toward tables – turning grant dollars into permanent equipment for your community.
