Hosting a table tennis day, a PE week, a community open house, or a one-off tournament? TTSASK brings competition-quality tables to your venue, sets them up, and picks them up when you're done – with the option of a coach to get the room rallying from the first serve.

Tournament-grade tables with nets, delivered ready to play. Book as few or as many as your space allows – we'll advise on how many fit.

We handle the hauling both ways – tables arrive set up before your event and we collect them after. One flat hauling fee covers the round trip.

Want it active, not just set up? Add a TTSASK coach to run drills and games so every player gets rallying – or take tables only and run it yourself.

How pricing works

Every event is a little different, so we build a simple custom quote from three parts. Tell us the date, venue, and how many tables you'd like, and we'll send you a price – all-in, taxes included.

For example

A recent school table tennis event: 12 tables over two days, delivered and collected, with a coach on the first day – around $875, taxes in. A smaller one-day setup with a few tables and no coaching costs a good deal less.

Affiliated clubs and schools can often cover an event like this with MAP grant funds – equipment and coaching are both eligible expenses.
