A Club Affiliation is an association of two or more people united by a common interest or goal. This can be a school, community or business based club. Clubs shall pay an Affiliation Fee that shall be reviewed and determined as needed by the TTSASK Board of Directors.

What is the cost of starting a club?

The Affiliation fee is $225.00 (GST included) per year for schools or community clubs. 

One clinic is included in your affiliation fee if individual memberships are submitted with the club affiliation form. We are now in the process of setting up clinics for any clubs or schools that are interested.  If your school or club wishes to set up a date for a clinic, please email info@ttsask.ca and we will work with you to arrange a mutually convenient date and time. What do we get with the clinic?

One day of instruction (if tables are required extra charges as per information below)

An instructor - The cost associated with the one day clinic including travel, meals and accommodations (where necessary).

Clinic Fees

The following charges will apply this year to demos and school/community clinics;

Hauling Tables (Up To 10 Tables):

  • Saskatoon And Area (Within A 50 Km Radius) - $175.00

  • Out Of Town – $250.00 GST Included To 100 Km Radius (200km Total) And $0.85 Per Kilometer Thereafter

Table Rental:

  • Up To 5 Tables - $115.00 GST Included Per Day Plus Hauling As Per Above Rates.

  • Up To 5 Tables - $400.00 GST Included Per Week Plus Hauling As Per Above Rates.

  • 6-10 Tables - $200.00 GST Included Per Day Plus Hauling As Per Above Rates.

  • 6-10 Tables - $650.00 GST Included Per Week Plus Hauling As Per Above Rates.

Coach And Facilitation Fees:

  • Coach Fees - $200.00 Per Day

  • Accommodation – Local Accommodations (Or Nearest Large Centre)

  • Meals - $60.00 Per Day Per Coach

  • Mileage (No Table Rental) - $0.50 Per Kilometer

Please remember that Affiliated Clubs can use MAP Grants to cover all these expenses.
