Everyone in table tennis in Saskatchewan deserves a safe, respectful environment. If you've experienced or witnessed something that isn't right – harassment, abuse, bullying, or any breach of our Code of Conduct – here's how to report it, in confidence.
If someone is in immediate danger, call 911. This page is for reporting concerns about conduct in sport – it is not an emergency service.
Choose the path that fits. If you're not sure which one, use either – we'll make sure your concern reaches the right place.
Serious concerns · independent
For concerns involving maltreatment, harassment, discrimination, or a breach of the Universal Code of Conduct (UCCMS), reports are handled by an independent third party – not by TTSASK staff or board – through Sask Sport's confidential reporting service.
General concerns
For general concerns, questions about our policies, or issues that don't fall under the safe-sport process above, you can contact the TTSASK office directly and we'll help or point you the right way.
It's received in confidence. Your report goes to the independent third party (or the office), not to the people it may involve.
It's reviewed. The independent third party decides how the matter should be handled and by whom, following the Safe Sport process.
It's addressed. Depending on the situation, this may involve resolution, investigation, or referral – with fair process for everyone involved.
Confidential and protected. Reports are treated confidentially, and TTSASK does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith or takes part in a review. To understand the full process, see our Safe Sport Policy Manual, and if you coach or volunteer, review the requirements to work with our participants.
